Determining the Swing of Your Door:

Rough Opening Sizes:

For standard prehung doors and bifolds with frames add 2" to the door width and 2 1/2" to the door height for the rough opening.

For Bypass doors with frames add 1" to the width and 2 1/2" to the height.  This will allow for a 1" overlap between the two doors.
